Alignment & Corner Balancing
Utilizing our extensive knowledge from working on Open Wheel, Prototype & Sports Racers , El Gato Engineering Provides Full Street & Track Alignment Services. This includes Corner Balancing, Camber, Caster, Toe adjustments as well as Bump Steer Correction. From factory settings for your restoration to full Autocross & Track set up we will ensure all the wheels are pointing the correct way and your car is handling as it should!
Restoration Services
Steven, the founder of El Gato Engineering, has a background in Automotive and Mechanical Engineering and has worked in several high end restoration shops. He has handled restorations on a wide array of vehicles from Vintage Race cars, to Porsche, Ferrari, Shelby Mustangs, Vintage Fast Fords and much more. With this experience comes a fine attention to detail for your restoration needs.
Design & Fabrication
Pulling from their background in manufacturing & machining, El Gato Engineering provides component design and fabrication for one-off components to short run production. Offering turning, milling, welding & general fabrication services, El Gato Engineering can handle a wide array of projects for your custom builds and racing needs.
Race Preparation & Track Side Support
El Gato Engineering has worked with and continues to work with racing teams in IMSA, IndyCar and SCCA. Leaning on this experience we provide full Race Preparation services to ensure your race car will not only perform to its fullest potential, but also, safety is of the highest priority before hitting the track. Along with preparation we offer track side support services to keep you running through the race weekend performing any mechanical & set-up needs along with data analysis.
